Author Visit

My librarian mentor invited me to come to an author visit at her school. The neat thing about it was this author (Jackie Mims Hopkins) is a former teacher and librarian in Cy-Fair. She was a really neat lady and fun to talk to. She writes some really useful books about how to choose "just right" books and helps kids learn about the Dewey Decimal system (I learned a lot, too!)
